We collect only what is needed to make and deliver your song.

What we store

The details you type (names, memories, occasion), the generated lyrics and audio, and an anonymous cookie that links your songs to your browser. We don't require an account.

Who processes it

Our AI providers process your text to write and produce the song. Our payment partner processes your payment and email. We do not sell your data.

Your answers and note

Your interview answers are used to write the lyrics. On the gift page the recipient sees which kind of memory a line came from (for example “a place only yours”), not your wording, unless you choose to share it. Your note is shown to anyone with the gift link and can be edited until the gift is opened.

Gift pages

Anyone with a song's gift link can open it. Links are long and random, and gift pages are hidden from search engines. Don't put information in a song you wouldn't want the recipient to hear.

Waitlist

If you ask to be notified about a gift that isn't ready yet, we store your email, that gift and your language. We use it only to tell you once that gift launches. To be removed, write to us and we'll delete it.
